I've been asked to upload evidence of my Professional Registration or Qualifications. How do I do this?
Please note: International and HCSWD applicants do not need to evidence their Professional Registration or Professional Qualifications at this time
Professional Registration
To ensure you are fully compliant when working with us, we will need to see evidence of your Professional Registration.
- The NMC allows you to download your Statement of Entry online.
- The GMC allows you to download your Certificates of proof of entry on the register online.
- The HCPC allows you to Request confirmation of your registration status online.
If your registered body isn't listed and you don't have the relevant certificates, please contact them and request evidence of your registration be sent to you in the post.
Professional Qualifications
What qualifications you need to provide will depend on the role you are applying for.
- If you are registered with the NMC, HCPC, or GMC, please provide Evidence of Professional Registration AND Evidence of Qualification awarded by a regulated professional body.
- If you are a Registered Midwife, we also need to see evidence that you have completed the following practical training:
- Neonatal Resuscitation (Practical)
- Cardiotocography (CTG)
- Your practical training must have been completed within the past 12 months
